Role: The Performance Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven performance marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for the company. They will work closely with the marketing team to identify key performance indicators and create campaigns that deliver results. The strategist will also be responsible for analyzing data and making recommendations for optimization and scaling. Additionally, The Strategist will also be responsible for analyzing data and making recommendations for optimization and scaling within the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display and email - with a focus on Web3 platforms and communities in addition to current best practices
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative and strategic solutions within the Web3 ecosystem
- Continuously analyze data and provide recommendations for improving performance and driving ROI within the Web3 ecosystem
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in performance marketing and Web3 technology
Your Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results in the Web3 ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make decisions and drive results within the Web3 ecosystem
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, as well as knowledge and understanding of emerging Web3-specific platforms
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding and passion for emerging Web3 technology and its potential impact
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
